Renowned chef-restaurateur Vineet Bhatia was first Indian Chef to earn a Michelin Star, as well as the first to hold Michelin Stars for two restaurants—one in the UK and another in Geneva. As a culinary ambassador for British and Qatar Airways, his dishes have graced the tables of first and business-class passengers. He has been on several cooking shows like MasterChef and Netflix's Final Table among others. At Rasoi, Chef Vineet takes you on a delectable Michelin-style journey into the world of contemporary Indian cuisine.
Offering a modern interpretation of traditional Indian style, the décor uses vibrant colours, imaginative artworks and sparkling crystals to create a dramatic interior overlooking a team of Indian chefs creating the finest Indian food from the show-kitchen. It also features a private Chef’s Table dining room.
Combining different techniques and regional cooking styles, Rasoi offers a unique perspective on Indian cuisine. The menu features a variety of a la carte options, tasting menus, and a business lunch thali. From grilled sea bass to tandoori chili scallops, the seafood dishes are particularly noteworthy. The restaurant also offers unique interpretations of classic chicken curries, creating a truly memorable dining experience.
