Refurbished in early 2020, Fusions by Tala offers a 45-seat dining experience. The open kitchen concept allows guests to witness the live cooking firsthand, while the theatrical service ensures an unforgettable dining experience. When Chef Tala Bashmi is in residence, she personally oversees every detail, guaranteeing a fantastic experience.
The restaurant boasts both indoor and outdoor seating, with the latter offering stunning views of Manama's skyline, including the majestic Al Fateh Grand Mosque. The industrial chic decor creates a comfortable and serene ambiance, perfect for indulging in Chef Bashmi's innovative cuisine.
The fare the traditional regional food of Bahrain but deconstructed and reassembled into entirely innovative new creations. An extensive à la carte menu is divided into sections such as bites, including inventive takes on classic dishes like ghoozi tacos filled with braised lamb shoulder, machbooch aioli and crispy onions, large plates to share, mains and a sizeable dessert offering.
